Pickler's childhood was a rocky one. She was abandoned by her mother when she was just two in order to get out of the abuse of her partner. Her mother returned in 1995 into her life, and she took complete control of her. It didn't work out as planned. So when she was 12 the judge returned Pickler to her grandparents who took care of her until she reached adulthood. Pickler, in the absence her parents and her older siblings, became busy to become a mom. Pickler stated that time was not enough and that she had to learn how to look after her family at a young age. Pickler was part of her middle school and high school's cheerleading team. North Stanly High School in 2004. Pickler was also a tryer at being a beauty queen. The modeling career she had lasted for several years, before she shifted to acting. The films she appeared in included such as Phenomena, Labyrinth and Career Opportunities.
