Summer Bishil, an American actress who is well-known because of her portrayal as Margo Hanson in the Syfy television series "The Magicians" (2015 to date). The actress was previously recognized by playing the 13-year-old girl from Lebanon, Jasira Maroun. She is subject to turbulent personal struggles against set against the backdrop of the U.S. war in Iraq during the Gulf War in the Alan Ball film "Towelhead". Her character was chosen in 2007 as a 'Variety 10 Actors To Watch'. For the film Crossing Over she played Taslima Jhangir.
