Hayley Orrantia is an American actress, singer and songwriter. Her most well-known role is Erica Goldberg from the TV comedy program "The Goldbergs". The main focus of her is a performer. She maintains that music is her primary passion. It's something she was experimenting with since she was nine years old. By the time she reached age 12 she was taking music seriously enough to begin professional training. Following a few attempts at music, she decided to record the album with songs at age 14. There hasn't been a turning to the past ever since. Orrantia was raised in the USA but holds Hispanic roots. Even though she spoke only English throughout her childhood and not been to Mexico Orrantia is proud of her Hispanic heritage. Her goal is to preserve it through the creation of Spanish songs and learning the language. A song she has created is called "Hasta Verte," a song she composed in Spanish. Orrantia tried out for The X Factor in 2011. The Orrantia's YouTube video was selected and she was awarded four "yeses" which is a vote for the judges during The Seattle audition. Originally auditioning as a soloist, she and three female singers were put with three other singers for the last auditions in "Hollywood Week". They were eventually eliminated at the final show.
