Catherine Bell is a tall, athletic actress born in London. Bell relocated with her mother into Los Angeles when she was as a young child. She dropped out of college to pursue a modeling career in Japan despite her intention to major in premed at school. She was in L.A., after doing a few commercials on TV and minor films, she made guest-starring appearances on TV series. Isabella Rosellini hired her in 1992 to serve as her naked physical therapist. While filming the show, Death Becomes Her she came across Adam Deason (her future husband). She wrote a note to the producers of the NBC series JAG after making a brief appearance. JAG changed to CBS in 1996 and she was promoted to major Sarah "Mac", the sidekick of Lt. David James Elliott played Commander Harmon "Harm Rabb." In real life she is a skilled kickboxer.
